This is Carl and Helen Irish.
As you will discover, we share a "curiosity" about most everything ..... and, do
quite a bit of "wandering about". Indeed, wherever you might chance to run
across them, Carl will probably have a camera hanging around his neck .... at
the ready...... And, you can bet, his "bride", Helen, will be somewhere close
by....."coaching"!
From Disney World, to Dollywood . . . the Florida's Space Center to Yosemite and
Yellowstone, ..... wherever you see Carl and his camera, you'll be almost
certain to see Helen, suggesting yet "another angle" from which to view whatever
it was that got their attention.
For example, the picture at the right is Engine 192 (in Dollywood) coming 'round
the bend at an overpass . . .This turned out to be a perfect spot to catch this
wonderfully restored engine chugging up the grade, under a good head of steam.
IF you "Click" the picture to enlarge it, you will quickly spot the Engineer as
he's peering out the window..... and probably wondering what that "old gink" is
doing; hanging out over the railing like that. |
